You will stay at the cozy studio with ocean & city view. Please enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony! After a busy day at the sugary white beach, soak to the bed and enjoy the Fireplace! You will have a fully equipped kitchenette with a full-size fridge. Our unit is great for the quick getaway & the long stay!!

Complementary parking for 2 vehicles (Yes! we already paid it for you!) *Self-check-in with a digital keypad *Ocean and city view from the spacious and private balcony *You will stay exactly at this unit! *The condo is studio size and accommodates up to 4 guests. *KING-size bed with NEW memory foam mattress! *A queen-size sleeping sofa! *Fireplace at the beach condo!!! *We have 55" TVs in the condo. You can watch your favorite channels after a busy day at the beach! *Seasonally Heated up to 85°pool! *Heated 100°+ Hot Tub! *Watch the Sunrise from your own balcony! *The kitchenette has pans, pots, dishes, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, etc. *FULL-size fridge *Full bathroom with hairdryer and starting kit *Bed linens and towels for inside usage are provided. You should bring your own beach towels. *Iron and iron board *24/7 access to the beach *Landry room is on the 1st floor (it accepts cards and coins) *Seasonal Coffee shop on the ground floor (Yes, we have seasonal Starbucks!!!) *The beach, as well as beachfront restaurants, are right across the street (in front of the building). If you thinking about canceling or changing your reservation, please protect your trip and buy travel insurance. ***This condo is second home for the owner and due to the owner's allergy, no service animals or emotional support animals allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding! *No pets. Resort does not allow any pets on their territory. ***Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. Person booking and checking in must be at least 21 years of age to reserve, and must occupied the rental property through the whole booking. *Only the number of guests who have booked the property are allowed to stay. If your plans have changed regarding the number of guests, you need to contact the host for approval. No exceptions. You will be charged extra for any unauthorized guests. *The condo accommodates 4 guests. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may occupy the unit. Per Fire Department no any visitors allowed. -Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reson for refund to be issued. *We are providing started kit. if you think you will need more shampoo, toilet paper, laundry or dishwasher detergent, and ect. please bring it with you or you can buy it in the nearest store. *Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
