Resort does not allow any pets on their territory. ***Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. *Person booking and checking in must be at least 21 years of age to reserve, and must occupied the rental property through the whole booking. *Only the number of guests who have booked the property are allowed to stay. If your plans have changed regarding the number of guests, you need to contact the host for approval. No exceptions. You will be charged extra for any unauthorized guests. ***Per Fire Department no any visitors allowed. *The condo accommodates 4 guests. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
