***We can’t wait to host you! But life happens and things can change. Such as a hurricane, tropical storm, family emergency, COVID, and more. If you thinking about canceling or changing your reservation, please protect your trip and buy travel insurance. ***This condo is the second home for the owner and due to the owner's allergy, NO service animals or emotional support animals are allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding! *No pets. The resort does not allow any pets on their territory. ***Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without any refund. *Person booking and checking in must be at least 21 years old AND must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking. No exceptions. A valid ID is required at the time of registration.  *The condo accommodates 6 guests. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may occupy the unit. Per the Fire Department, no visitors are allowed. *No daily housekeeping, no room service, no concierge service. This is a private place, not a hotel. *We are providing a starter kit. if you think you will need more shampoo, toilet paper, laundry or dishwasher detergent, and ect. please bring it with you or you can buy it in the nearest store. *Beach chairs available from March 1 - October 31 -Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by a third-party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reason for the refund to be issued. *Starting from January 1, 2024, the parking will be $35 and will be charged for every vehicle, motorcycle, boat, and trailer. For example, if you have 2 cars each car will be registered and will be charged $35. If you bring a boat, you will be charged additional parking fees. The $35 parking fee should be paid directly to the Resort during the time of registration. This $35 parking fees cover the whole of your stay. *Per city rules, no ramp to go to the beach. Only stairs. Please be aware of that if you are planning to bring your wagon down to the beach *Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wildlife. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bugs, mosquitoes, and more occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony doors are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.

Just come to the beach and enjoy! ***Our pools are consistently heated up to 80° all year around! During the cold/winter time, the temperature is increased up to 85°. Our maintenance team is checking pools daily to make sure the temperature is right. ALL amenities are OUTDOOR and COMPLEMENTARY comes with our condo: *Covered Outdoor Beachfront pool (heated 80-85°) *Covered Outdoor Hot tub (heated all year around) *Covered Outdoor Aqua Park with water slides and a big water basket (not heated at any time) *Uncovered Outdoor Beachfront Pool (heated 80-85°) *Partially Covered Lazy River (heated 80-85°) *Frog Pad for little ones (not heated at any time) ***All amenities are open all year around!!! ***Aqua Park and Frog Pad are open all year around, but typically turned off during the off-season to conserve energy. However, these two amenities can be activated upon a guest's request at any time. You may simply ask any Splash Stuff member to turn them on for you. Please note that the water in these parks is not heated, as it is not feasible to maintain constant heating for running water. *Onsite Coffee and Donuts shop, which is located above the Aqua Park (seasonal) *Outdoor Poolside bar and grill (Mar 1-oct 31) *Outdoor Drive-In Movie Theater (peak season only) *Onsite shave ice (seasonal) *3 Gas Grills *Free Fitness facility with TV beach and pool view.
