Our condo is located right on the most beautiful beaches in the USA! It is also a walking distance from most attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Our directly oceanfront unit is 1BD/1.5BA. The condo includes a king-size bed, twin bunk beds, and a queen size sleeping sofa. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and more. We have 2 large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Direct Oceanfront balcony! Free Beach Chairs!! Heated pool, Hot Tub, Spa, Saunas!

***We can’t wait to host you! But life happens and things can change. Such as a hurricane, tropical storm, family emergency, COVID, and more. If you thinking about canceling or changing your reservation, please protect your trip and buy travel insurance. ***This condo is second home for the owner and due to the owner's allergy, no service animals or emotional support animals allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding! *No pets. Resort does not allow any pets on their territory. ***Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. *The $35 parking fee per vehicle (for the whole stay for the whole family) should be paid at the time of registration. Only 1 parking spot is available during the peak season and holidays. After the parking pass payment, guests will receive a parking pass and armbands. *Person booking and checking in must be at least 21 years of age to reserve, and must occupied the rental property through the whole booking. ID is required at the time of registration.  ***An exception for 18-21 years old guests might be made by the owner, which will include an additional $500 security fee (fully refundable if the house rules are not broken, everything is left in proper order, and the unit is left undamaged at the time of checkout). Please send an inquiry to take advantage of this exception. The security deposit will be sent as a separate request if the host approves such a booking. *Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo *Per Fire Department, no any visitors are allowed. Please follow this rules ;) *-Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reson for refund to be issued. *Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.

For the adults, there are numerous bars and restaurants right outside your door - including the Famous Ms. Newby's! There is no need to drive after those adult beverages.
