We want you to feel cozy❤️! *Accommodate up to 4 guests max (including children and infants per fire marshal). If you thinking about canceling or changing your reservation, please protect your trip and buy travel insurance. ***This condo is second home for the owner and due to the owner's allergy, no service animals or emotional support animals allowed at this condo at any time. Thank you for understanding! *No pets. Resort does not allow any pets on their territory. ***Any guests violating those rules will be evicted from the property by Resort Security without a refund. *Person booking and checking in must be at least 21 years of age to reserve, and must occupied the rental property through the whole booking. ID is required at the time of registration.  *The condo accommodates 4 guests (including children and infants). Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may occupy the unit. Per Fire Department no any visitors allowed. *$30 cash parking fee (for the whole stay for the whole family) must be paid at the time of registration directly to the resort. *There will be 4 armbands provided for the guests in the condo. Guest must leave the armbands at the unit before check out. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding *Please note - All Resort amenities are managed by third party and could be closed at any time for reasons out of our control. If any amenities will not be available during your stay for any unexpected/emergency/ repairs/renovation, and other reasons, it is out of our control and it will not be a reson for refund to be issued. *We are providing started kit. if you think you will need more shampoo, toilet paper, laundry or dishwasher detergent, and ect. please bring it with you or you can buy it in the nearest store. *Florida has an abundance of naturally appearing wild life. Florida's warm and humid climate creates a breeding ground for many animals and pest insects: lizards, geckos, ants, palmetto bug, mosquitoes, and more and occasionally some insects may fly in when a front door or balcony door are open just like a fly would seeking water or shelter. Although annoying, they provide food for other insects and animals. Please check and be familiar with Florida Wild Life before visiting.
