I ordered door dash, my order was incomplete. I talked to the door dasher ,Sergio and he asked was the order was complete, not once but twice, and he was told yes, but it Wasn't and the broccoli in my wife's order was still raw. They took out a 20% tip automatically, but do the driver get that. I always tip, let me do it myself. I have been trying to contact the manager but know one is answering the phone. I am a CHEF myself, I have been cooking almost 40 years, and MANAGING AS WELL. I wouldn't have given them this review if someone would've just ANSWERED THE PHONE! I gave Sergio a 20% tip anyway because he provided me a service. I'm really PISSED BECAUSE THAT WAS MY SONS MEAL, AND HE IS A PICKY EATER. IT'S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY THAT I PAID FOR AN ITEM NOT RECEIVED, IT'S THE PRINCIPALITIES! APPLEBEE'S YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER AS A FRANCHISE, I WAS GIVING YOU A CHANCE, I received some RAW TEDERS IN ALABAMA. I AM DONE WITH THIS FRANCHISE!!!!!!!!!

We came in late after we got off work and the restaurant was pretty busy. Jody-Kaye took great care of us. She was very pleasant and attentive. She had several larger parties and took care of everyone. She was hosting and serving and doing a fantastic job. Jody-Kaye is awesome and we hope to have her on our next visit.

Litterly annoyed. Came here for a late dinner. Did curbside pickup. 15 min after pickup time and still no food. I called and was told that they were still waiting on something. We came inside was given a bag of food to get to the car to realize that I’m still missing items. Several of the food we had was wrong. I paid $100 for quality less than an elementary school cafeteria. I’m extremely upset. What a great way to end Mother’s Day.

I came here to have a late dinner and it was highly disappointing. The waitress was rude, the food was raising blood pressure salty I couldn’t finish my chicken it’s just salt and black pepper the potatoes was placed on the same plate as all the oils from the chicken breast and shrimp the potatoes absorbed all of that which caused food to be extremely gross. Worst experience we’ve had at an applebees

We come here every time we vacation in pcb. We always came late and in the past this place was awesome. This time nope. It went down hill. Our apps came at the same time as the food. Food tasted like it was microwaved. I'm all for some smoke smoke but not on the job. Our waiter reeked of weed enough I think I had a contact buzz this place used to be awesome.
