Great place to get full body work out, you will guided/trained with expert advice through core strength and functional exercises. If a traditional gym is not for you, this is the place to go. Greg is professional, results oriented and a great coach and motivator. They have everything you need to work out and the bootcamp classes are awesome. $15 drop in fee and well worth it!

I've done individual weight training most of my adult life and I know the value of this type of training for myself. However, the functional training offered at Body Mechanics has been one of the best training experiences of my life. Greg is an excellent coach and integrates balance, strength, and flexibility in almost every movement. He coaches adults of all ages and fitness levels. The workout space is open and very well equipped. Lovin' it!

Greg is the best trainer I have ever had. He is not only knowledgeable about the body mechanics but also has knowledge of physiology. He works with clients of all ages and different needs. He is also wonderful with kids. If I have ever had an issue with muscle strain or any pain he is able to modify the workout in order to alleviate any of the strain and give tips on what to do daily to help prevent injuries. He is easy to work with and gives great tips on helping with healthy eating to compliment the exercising. Thanks for your help!!

I've been working with Greg now for about 4 years and he's a great trainer. He will get you strong and lean if you put in the effort. His gym is by far the cleanest one I've every seen. He only offers supervised personal training. I definitely recommend coming in and doing a session with him.

The most all encompassing, dynamic, and accepting interval training on the beach. Functional training for functional living. And it doesn't hurt that they make it fun!
