The restaurant is pretty but in my opinion, it’s overrated. The food is pricey for what it is. The house salad is literally lettuce with two slices of tomato… nothing else besides your dressing. The complimentary bread that’s delivered to the table is hard and flavorless. I had the stuffed shrimp and it was really good! Great flavor and a good portion size. Their “famous” crab cakes left a lot to be desired. The stuffed mushroom appetizer was pretty good. The feud cake for dessert was the most bland, flavorless thing I’ve ever seen passed off as a dessert. The best part of it was the cool whip. Their gift shop is cute and gives you something to do while you wait for your table to be ready. Parking was easy and they had plenty of space for you to wait for your table to be prepared. The restaurant was clean and decorated nicely. The view of the boats is also nice. This was a one and done for me. I’ve dined once and honestly don’t feel the need to go back again.

Our casual fine dining experience was delightful. Despite a 20-minute wait, it was well worth it. The food was excellent, especially the She crab soup, which was absolutely divine—I could have consumed gallons of it! The macaroni side dish was the best I’ve ever had, and the main entrée of grouper imperial was superb. Additionally, their extensive drink menu caters to those who enjoy alcohol

When you think of class and perfection you think of Capt Anderson restaurant. Definitely a treat for everyone. Delicious food and amazing service. The seafood was fresh and cooked to perfection. The deserts were definitely worth it. If you want a great meal with awesome service then give them a try .

This was highly recommended, and we had a gift card. Was very disappointed with the service a little slow as it turned out our server was new. For a high-priced seafood restaurant, we were surprised they charged for refill on drinks. Asked for more bread, Server said might be a charge, although bread was complimentary. Food: Seafood Salad with Crabmeat, seafood Stuffed mushrooms, shecrab soup, some type flounder was okay..meal was over $100..did speak to manager, she was not help full took off the price of drinks and said it was the Servers first time on the floor. They should have put her with an experienced person.Whenever we visit, PCB will not go here again, and I will not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends.

The restaurant is pretty, the staff is nice, and the food is good, but the menu is very pricey, and the portions are small. For example, I got the crab cake dinner with a baked potato and side salad. The crab cakes were moiste, but they were so small that the plate looked bare. My side salad was only a few pieces of lettuce with two slices of tomato. The baked potato was good, but I had to pay a $3 up charge for the potato. That dinner cost $36 total! The plate of food was so unimpressive, that I did not even take a picture. However, I did take a picture of my son's scallops dinner, which was good and a decent portion. Matter of fact it was so fresh, that my son found a grain of sand in his mouth while chewing the scallops. He also enjoyed the loaded potato soup. I would also like to point out that they were out of chicken strips, which was the only thing on the menu I could see most children eating. Also, Captain Anderson's Restaurant and the Captain Anderson's Marina and Boat Tours are not linked, which was a little confusing. We only ate at the restaurant because we went on a boat tour, but come to find out they are not even associated.
