Wonderful employees and the food is usually good, but there's a quality control issue with their cups. On 3 different visits I've received cups with holes at the bottom, once was in store and it was dripping on the pickup counter, the other times were mobile pickup, I didn't notice until I got home and my cup holder was filled of sweet tea

Food is always absolutely wonderful. Restaurant is always nearly spotless. Service, while good, can at times fall a little bit short of what one ordinarily can expect from Chick-fil-A. I promise I do mean this very very constructively, but there are occasionally some foreign nationals on staff who serve as front-line team members that could benefit from just a little bit more interpersonal training so as to more genuinely embrace the Chick-fil-A spirit of serving with an attitude of gratitude that truly comes from the heart. I travel for business daily and enjoy Chick-fil-A at least 3 times each week (or more) and have come to know staff by name in various Chick-fil-A restaurants across northwest Florida from Pensacola to Marianna. These team members are very few in number, but they do take just a little bit away from the team as a whole when evaluating this team from the standpoint of what I observe at other Chick-fil-A locations. I write this review quite possibly more for the benefit of team management and the owner / operator than anything or anyone else. Again, please know I write this slightly critical review with a heartfelt desire to help by offering meaningful feedback. Cheers & Blessings!

It’s chick fil a. It’s the best fast food you can get.
This location is as good as any other. Workers are professional and fast. The food was great as always.
Florida needs to add cheese sauce to their menu though..

Love the chicken tenders 😋
The workers are super nice. Even at lunch hour, which is one of their busiest times. Even though the line to order food inside was long, the wait wasn't bad. Atmosphere is something they can't always control. The booth behind us had kicking, screaming kids. The teens at a nearby table used excessively fowl language.

Terrible experience. Slow. Lots of staff standing around we wanted lunch at 10:15 they said we had to wait until 10:30 to literally switch out the bun and add pickles what a joke I ordered a chicken biscuit since they wouldn’t let me order the chicken sandwich my biscuit came out with egg and cheese that not only did I not order but I waited 15 mins for so I could have just got the lunch and fries that had no salt on them terrible get it together chik fil a
