Sorry, not a fan of these donuts. The more sugary, the better. Therefore, I prefer Krispy Kream melt in your mouth. We just don't have one in PCB.

I am never one to leave reviews but this dunkin was AWFUL. We pulled up to the drive thru before heading back to Bama. There were 4 of us in the car which meant we had 4 people to get food and drink for. We start ordering and we get interrupted when I assume the manager came on the speaker and said “just to let y’all know, there’s only 2 of us in here so there’s gonna be a wait” in the rudest tone! So we pull up and we get our coffees and y’all, if our order is wrong, we gonna panic because coffee either makes or ruins our day lol but it was wrong and so we asked them to fix it and she claimed we ordered wrong but whatever. Then one of us got a hot drink but it came out Iced even though the sticker literally says hot but we were just over it at that point. Anyways thanks for listening to my story time 🥳🥳

They were completely out of the delicious donuts. All they had left was the basics. In addition, the rewards app was not working and the cashier made no effort to help us redeem our points. In fact, she just told us to pay the full price. We finally ordered online after 15 minutes to get the discounted price. The workers were kind, though.

Avoid at all costs! Horrendous staff constantly yelling at each other and treating customers not much better. Took over 15 minutes to get coffee despite ordering in advance and three staff members working, one of whom was doing nothing more than manning the drive thru cash register.

It is Dunkin so as long as service is good, order is correct, and donuts fresh, then it is five stars. HOWEVER, MUST BRING BACK CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS. They were best on menu. Hot chocolate could be more chocolate and less water, like the Donut Hole(down the street).
