My daughter and I love visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts location because of this specific associate that always brightens our day! I wanted to take the time to recognize the BEST associate ever named Lana!! She is the best! Lana is always so professional, friendly, fast service and my order is always perfect! She is a hard worker and works everyday with a smile. Lana deserves to be recognized for all her hard work and dedication, plus a huge raise! Lana THANK YOU so much for your kindness, hard work and professionalism! I will forever visit this location because of you and your bomb coffee that’s so delicious!!

Ordered two simple iced coffees, one made right and the other entirely incorrect with nothing added to the drink at all (not even ICE). The lady in the window argued that the drink was made right, and when asked if she could simply remake the drink she pulls us forward and walks out to give the SAME drink back to us. This place has always been a hit or miss with their service and it's rare when their drinks are even made correctly. This experience alone was honestly such a let down for something that could've been fixed so easily. I hope this specific place reconsiders who they hire in the future.

I had to go to the window to order because they never responded, she took my order made us move up and when she brought out our donuts we asked for a bag and she said they didn't have any and the box was broken.
