Warning: You'll have to set yourself on FIRE to get noticed here. Went in during the morning rush. Maybe six total customers. Ordered a chai latte and was given an iced chai. Didn't complain. Pick and choose your battles I guess. Waited another 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich while everyone who came after me received their food first. Go back a few days later for a mid-day chai...not a single customer ahead of me...4 people behind the counter. The cashier is counting the drawer currency as I'm standing there for at least 2 minutes neither she or the 3 others acknowledge my existence. Didn't say hi, didn't say I will be right with you, didn't even look at me. As I turned to walk out, two sitting customers who had been watching the whole thing were shaking their heads in disbelief. I manager, I presume) chased me down in the parking lot to offer a free beverage and to apologize. I accepted the apology but not the free drink. I get it's not a glamorous job, but it is your job to serve your customers and do it in a respectful manner. Plenty of other options for something I don't need.

This place gets 5 Stars because the Manager on duty was super! We had a weather emergency and she was extremely helpful and I am more than thankful. And because of her and her alone we now make multiple trips before school to get the kids breakfast.
She deserves all of the credit for every penny I spend there.

My espresso shots in my latte weren't fresh. I come there at least once a week for my coffee & they take great care of me. They all work so efficiently together so I'm NEVER waiting more than 5mins.

Pre-ordered, went thru drive-thru to pick up. They couldn't find my order and I showed it on my phone. They brought out a cold drink but I ordered hot. They replaced it no problem, however when I tasted it, it was the worst french vanilla flavored coffee I've ever had. And its something I have ordered several times in the past. Very disappointed.

Always friendly staff.
You must ASK for napkins with breakfast foods at the drive thru, it is not usual to get napkins without asking for it.
Food is fresh, hot, and tastes great. It keeps me coming back.
