Janey Grey is absolutely great! Her customer service is rare these days. I'm always looking forward to having my milkshake here when she's on duty. All employees seem happy and upbeat. I highly recommend this store!

Manager (or shift supervisor?) Was having a very bad day. The other 2 girls and the cook seemed very cautious at making her angrier. She comp'ed me an extra hash Browns for my additional wait, even though my wait was minimal. I let them all know It was all good.. will return. Everyone can have a bad day.

I had the worst experience here this morning, there's an employee there serving food with his pants falling off of him, I was seeing every detail of his underwear and when I told him it didn't look appropriate he tossed the box of donuts with the receipt at me. I refused to be treated that way, I asked for a refund and when I tried to explain to whom I later found out is the manager,what had happened, she spoke over me trying to tell me that the employee is new and busy and was probably trying to back to work. I wasn't given a chance to speak. I can't imagine him being new and she as the manger allowed him to be at work poorly attired serving food...I took my refund and left... Never going back there again.

The drinks were awesome. The food was not that good. The toast on the breakfast sandwich was so hard it cut your mouth with the bacon is really good on it.

The place feels very different vibe. Employees are very rude and not friendly. They closes early before 9 pm the actual closing time. We had twice this experience. I had to write the review this time. I’m so angry.
