Dylan was quick with the coffee and Shamar knew how to take a order! Together they made a great operating front end! Jody runs a very neat and clean store, always enjoy a drop in thruought the week, place is always full of smiles!

Ariel is always so friendly and professional. She always seems to make the extra effort of going above and beyond for her customers, even though she doesn't have to AND her drinks are always SO good, when she makes them. Maybe it's all the extra effort, she puts in them! Anyway - Thanks for being a good worker! It always makes my visits even better!

Stood at the counter for 4 minutes and no one said a word to us. Manager looked at us several times and never acknowledged us. Very chaotic and unorganized. Employees were yelling and acting childish. We left without getting anything.

Team was friendly, but felt like the request I made at the register wasn’t communicated to the team member who made the drink.
I got the drink for free using the T-Mobile Tuesday app. So it wasn’t a big deal.
I’d go back another time I have the coupon for a free drink to give them a shot at redemption. But if they don’t get it right the next time, I’ll simply go to a different location.

Certainly the best staffed location out of the five I frequently use in Bay County. It seems common now that there are only 2 people running a store. I saw 6 in here.. Service was quick and friendly, store was clean and one of the staff was actually cleaning the windows while I was there last. The donuts were fully stocked and everything seemed to be running efficiently
