I used to go here almost daily on my way to work but... since the coffee has tasted horrible lately and the RUDE RUDE person you have working in there now I travel to the other location! I see other comments about this girl and it looks like it's the manager so that makes it even worse!!! I will not come back which is sad because the other people are pleasant!

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts on Thomas Drive and encountered an exceptionally rude manager. Although I personally did not have a confrontation with her, I observed her sharply issuing orders to her staff. She was excessively strict about not accepting Apple Pay, insisting that customers stretch over the drive through window to tap their phone on the payment system. Despite the window attendant being very friendly, the manager sternly instructed her not to bring the Apple Pay reader closer to me. Instead, she insisted that I get out of my car and reach over to their window to tap my phone on their payment system, which is entirely unsafe. It was evident she provided a negative atmosphere, as well as I was sitting at the window. Everyone was grouped together, voicing their opinions, and being extremely negative. I will be reaching out to Apple to let them know that this form of payment is an inconvenience to Dunkin’ Donuts. as a business owner myself, I highly recommend performance counseling for this manager, as well as someone who can build a team up instead of verbally breaking them down.

Maggie is the best! I’m here on vacation and come in every morning and she knows how I want my drink every time ! That’s amazing when someone remembers your order after the second time ! She even goes out her way to make my drink just to make sure it doesn’t get messed up. She is amazing and needs A raise !! She is smiling when I see her she’s respectful an just all out positive thank you Maggie for A great experience!

I’m giving this location an 1 star because of the manager she is not friendly she new greets you with an good morning or have a nice day or thank you for coming! All the other associates are friendly and very welcoming. They are the only reason I come back to this location! My co-workers that stops at this location in the morning has the same option about this manager! She needs training on how to treat her customers.
