Even though I’m not very knowledgeable about football, the difference in my son’s speed and physical tone since he started training here is undeniable. First of all let me start off by saying WOW!!!!! This place is so amazing. Coach Tyrone is such a great guy his dedication and attention to detail is what jumps out most to me. My oldest son is currently training with him twice a week and he has worked with my daughter in the past. I was so glad once the facility got up and running, If you are looking for training this is the place to go. He really takes his time and comes up with an individual plan for your child to progress in his or her sport. I wish I could take my child five times a week.
