Typically this park is nice, quiet and clean. But today my kid's friend found a hypodermic needle near a tree. Be aware that you may encounter this here.

New playground equipment was set up this year at our small neighborhood park, and it is a hit with my boys! There are a couple of picnic tables, a small grill, shuffleboard, great trees for climbing, a slide, swings, baby swings and a couple more pieces of equipment in the sandy playground. Good open space for playing ball or flying a kite. Watch for sand spurs in the grass.

No restroom. Very nice playground but in the sun. There are lots of trees for shady places to linger on a hot day. The cool breeze in the open area helps. The neighbors (this park sits in the center of a neighborhood) I met, walking dogs, were friendly. This park is close enough and far enough away from the buzz of Panama City beachside traffic.

It's a pretty small park. Wouldn't keep kids occupied for long. The redeeming feature Is the excavator style digging toy they have.
