So, after I ordered food from this establishment, I called to make a complaint. I ordered a 4 piece of chicken nuggets, alongside a slurpee and a few other items for me and my friends. I called this establishment, and made a complaint about the OBVIOUS box of pickles, instead of receiving my nuggets. Once I did so, the male on the phone handling the issue was extremely rude and forwarded me to a “rejection hotline”. I called back, obviously upset, and again i was met with the same hotline. I am completely disgusted and angry with this restaurant at the moment. Not only that, but the food was extremely cold.

This McDonalds in Panama City Beach, Florida was a five-minute walk from my hotel and ten minutes from the beautiful white powder sand beach. We ordered double hamburgers and waters, plus a large coffee. The service was very fast and I paid by debit card. The woman behind the counter provided excellent and courteous service. I recommend this place as it is well-run, clean and air-conditioned.

Placed a mobile order. Showed up 20 minutes later, sat at the drive through speaker for 10 minutes without anyone saying anything, so we pulled up to the window thinking maybe it was broken. Lady at the window gave us a lecture on “being patient” even though she couldn’t be bothered with a quick “I’ll be right with you”. When we got to the 2nd window we were told we needed to park and it would “take a long time to make all that food because there’s all the orders in front of you”. How? What orders? We are at the front of the line with an order that was now placed a half hour ago. Asked for money back, really the rudeness from the staff was the breaking point.

Dining room hours say open at 5 am. We waiting in the parking lot, there is a family with four kids that had been there since 5. Around 6:10 am I decided to walk around to the drive-through. Got the attention of a employee that was working inside with the crew. Explain that people and their kids needed to access the bathrooms and asked when the lobby would be open. The McDonald's employee was unsympathetic and borderline rude to my inquiry. She made no inclination that the lobby would be opening soon. I guess it wasnt a convenient part of her job to operate the business within such strict hours. Pretty shameful the way our concerns were just ignored... The family and their kids finally left after I told them how the employee I spoke with clearly didn't care about their need to use the facilities. It was an hour past when the doors should be open. Maybe changing the listed business hours would be a way to avoid making families wait out in the parking lot with their children for over an hour to use the bathroom, when they expect the doors to be open any time. Edit: the lady just opened the door and ask d if the family left about 5 mins after our conversation. She made clear that the lobby wouldn't be opening until 7. And I guess we are supposed to ask to use the bathrooms at the drive through window or something... Ridiculous...

Don't waste your time Using the app has never been any quicker than walking in and ordering. This visit was pre-ordered online and it's still took 30 minutes. Yes 30 minutes to get my order. Even after waiting 30 minutes cold burger, cold fries. The only thing that had any satisfying temperature was the chicken McNuggets
