I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at this McDonald's location, all thanks to Manager Dylan! I encountered a hiccup while ordering through the app, but Dylan swiftly stepped in and resolved the issue, ensuring I got my order on time. His professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond truly made this visit the best McDonald's experience I've ever had. Dylan's dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I believe he deserves a promotion or a raise for his outstanding performance. Kudos to Dylan and the team for their outstanding service!

Call me impressed! This store near Walmart was a redeeming experience after a bad experience at the store near Five Below
I had a large order curbside and they were a bit busy, so I expected to wait. I was very pleasantly surprised. This was the fastest I've had an order completed in ages. I was in and out in under five minutes
The order was fresh, accurate, and all the sauces requested were present. My compliments to everyone at this store - you did great and saved the day!

The drive thru was so quick and so kind they even fixed my car! The sweet manager Kim fixed it for me and said “this isn’t just McDonald’s it’s also Mcauto!” How funny! Lovely experience althrough out. Everyone in drive was kindest and my food looked amazing! Ate it all had to go back around for seconds they treated me like a bestie.

My kids and I use to love coming here when they originally put the kids playroom in. However over the years it has declined drastically, the employees are always polite, but the restaurant its self is always filthy. The play area is gross and needs to be deep cleaned. And what is the purpose of the tvs and projectors if they’re never on. It used to be so fun and lively music playing, movies going, projectors portraying fish on the walls. And now’s it’s just such a disappointment. Do better for your guests.

This rating is strictly on the atmosphere. This place is filthy! The entire floor (I really mean the entire floor) was dirty, sticky and littered with trash. Not in like a this just happened today and they’ll clean it up tonight sort of way but more in like a this clearly hasn’t been cleaned in several days and instead of attempting to clean they just put up Caution wet floor signs. The beverage station was gross. It was sticky. The lid holder had no tops, no straws and no napkins. If this place were to be inspected it would fail.
The play area is amazing and my boys love it and want to come but we will not be back. Maybe I’ll have the health inspector make a stop because if that’s the level of care the public sees I can only imagine what it looks like in the back. I can’t imagine they’d be allowed to stay open and operate with this level of lack of care.
