So me and my kids went in to place our order. There was a gentleman in there, very upset about not having an apple pie. The manager I believe her name was Gabby handled the situation, very professional, classy with the upmost respect for the other customers in the store I hope this company realizes what a valued employee they have in this young lady. She was absolutely amazing.

Fast Food Nightmare at McDonald's
I visited McDonald's on US 98 and Michigan, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory; it was a fast food nightmare. The service was horrendously slow and completely disorganized. I placed my order at the counter, and after an excessively long wait, my order was still not ready. Several customers who had ordered after me received their meals first, leading to confusion and frustration.
The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in addressing the chaos. When I inquired about my order, I received dismissive responses, and it was evident that there was a lack of communication among the staff. The environment was no better – tables were dirty, the floor was littered, and the overall hygiene standards were appalling.
When I finally received my meal, it was cold and not up to the usual McDonald's standard. It was clear that the focus on quick service had completely overshadowed the quality of the food and the customer experience.
This visit was a huge disappointment. Not only was the service horrendous, but the lack of cleanliness and poor staff attitude made it an experience I never wish to repeat. I hope McDonald's addresses these issues promptly, as such service and conditions are unacceptable for any establishment, let alone a global chain renowned for its service standards.

Didn’t realize how much Sweet Tea has inflated to since 2020. 239%. $1 sweet teas are now $2.39 plus tax. Live and learn and pass it on down. It’s not their fault. Why I give 5 stars.

- The food is decent.
- The speed of the service after the order is complete is relatively fast.
- orders are accurate.
Cons.
- It is super annoying to be asked if I'm using an app EVERY single time I go through there. It's not efficient.
- For some reason when I ask for a #_____ meal I ALWAYS get asked do I want the meal.
- Getting interrupted midway through the order to ask what I want to drink/sauce/ordering additional meals.

Probably the rudest employees I have encountered. After waiting 14 minutes I finally just got my money back and left. Jordan was without question one of the least caring and rudest individuals I have come across and Erin was a close equal. I even said its almost as if you all did this on purpose. Really wish I could reach an owner to explain the situation and how she was badmouthing customers as well as job. Horrible!!!!
