I’ve been sitting in line for over an hour, definitely going to be late for work. This company has gone down the drain with their service and food options. How can you consistently run out of quarter pounder beef and think it’s okay? Manager and team for night shift needs to be fired for their unprofessional attitude and refusing service to others over their frustrations.

Was on our way home from a church function and wanted a fish sandwich...was not quite 10:30 and wanted to go inside but the doors were locked. Sign said open till 11. Went through drive through and waited 15 min for the food. Fish was so overcooked and hard. Very little tarter sauce and no cheese. We had to throw them away. The only good thing was we did get a bottle of water and the fries were ok.

I tried to use my mobile app in the drive-through, it said that my reward code was invalid, and I could not pull up another code for 15 minutes. The lady at the window went the extra miles for me, and downloaded the app and used her own code. It was literally the sweetest thing. It really is the small things and I appreciate her so much.

You will normally be sick waitin on drive thru for atleast 10 to 15 minutes before you even get acknowledged at intercom. Lines are always wrapped around building and atleast a couple vehicles drive off after waiting in line with no movement for 20 minutes

Ordered chicken nuggets, told to pull around and wait. Waited 25 minutes cashier comes out saying the cooks demanded to see my receipt because they lost my order. Lady leaves another 10 minutes goes by kids (workers). Inside playing laughing, employee that dropped off food was rude I asked if this was my order she laughed saying I don't see anyone else here. So basically wasted 35 minutes as the manager and teenage people that work there laughed and played around. Very unprofessional, rude and condescending staff. I expect more from Costa employees.
