Ordered on kiosk. Wanted to pay cash. Tall lady in back told other lady "we would just have to wait". Never did come and take money. Evidently order does not start until they get money. Waited about 20 minutes, never took money. We left. Everybody working there was mad because they were really busy. Kiosk said only taking to go orders. Getting to be the norm at all McDonald's

This is a nice location for a McDonald's, right on the beach, near our room. The employee's are hard working and the restroom was clean. Patio tables outside to enjoy the fresh Ocean Breeze.

Where are my fries. I paid for a large not a shcmedium cooked in old oil 🤢 only reason you got a 2 star is the cashier was very nice.
Second picture (The door and google say they close at 10:00 P.M.) I came another night at 8:51 P.M. 1-10-24 and everything's off and closed up and there's just a manager chilling inside with the drive through off and the doors locked this place is a joke and always has been go to the on in pier park for a decent experience.

If i could rate a 0 star I would. Terrible McDonald's. The worst I have ever ordered from. Waited 10 minutes for my food another 5 because an item was missing and then during my wait the employees kept running in and out of the store to vape and play on their phones. One guy was even vaping inside while walking towards the kitchen. Loud music was also playing from the kitchen which I could hear from across the lobby. Some played games in the kitchen talking and had people at the counter waiting. at one point a guy who was doing nothing ignored a man waiting to order at the counter.

I think it's one of the worst MC Donald's I've ever visited, the restaurant was dirty, the bathrooms seemed to be ducho as the people who live on the street are worth ahiby they leave everything dirty. it doesn't have chairs available for you to sit down to eat. all the chairs are occupied by the people who live on the street, not at the time they lost that restaurant, it makes faktabuna good Management
