MYST 30A is one of the BEST yoga studios I have been in. Professional, competent, educational, friendly and motivating yoga instructors. Yoga class difficulty level offerings from beginning to advanced. Studio is super clean, has an excellent retail yoga boutique and a very convenient location.

Myst30a is my go to for yoga. All the instructors are wonderful. I can’t pick a favorite. Yoga flow is my favorite way to start the day. It helps with breath, stress release and strengthening. Stop in for a class. You will feel great afterwards!

Amazing yoga sculpt class! I went on vacation and the staff made sure to welcome me and explain everything. It was a super welcoming and fun atmosphere! I left soaking wet in sweat! Loved it

Love love love this studio, staff and the entire MYST community! Everyone is always kind and smiling! The shop is always full of new clothing! The studio is clean! The workouts are amazing! I look forward to the my time here everyday!!

The instructors and classes are good . Not happy due to buying a package of classes and I was never told at the time of purchase they expire . I don’t live there full time so this was a problem for me my classes expired and I had a lot left that I paid for. Think that’s ridiculous! If you pay for a certain amount of classes they should never expire.
