This place should come up as #1 when searching for a place to eat on the iconic 30A. It has everything you need for a pleasant, relaxing, picturesque dinner. Fish House is for families or couples. There are multiple kitchens with extensive food choices, and the most staff of anywhere I have seen since the pandemic. We were seated, presented a menu and completely finished with a wonderful meal within 40 minutes. We spent the next hour enjoying the music, scenery and more family time on their grounds.

What a great find!!! It's a hidden gem that is really popular so make a reservation! We had the red snapper special with crab. It was really good. We sat outside (it's pet friendly) and the unique quaint atmosphere was outstanding. They did a nice job with the outside tables and seating. We went back for a second visit. So glad we did. I had the Char-Grilled oysters with crab meat topping. Delicious!! I did not get the hollandaise sauce on it because it was super flavorful without anything added. Also ordered the fried pork belly special. There was too much food for us to finish.

Server was amazing we were a party of 10 with a reservation. All of the meals and drinks were delicious. The environment is great to chill and hang out. Listen to music walk around. They have a great spot for gelato. You can also walk down to the water on the patio great spot for pictures.

Wow, what an experience!!! EVERYONE we met on vacation told us we HAD to go to old Florida fish house. I was skeptical but we made sure to fit it in. Definitely get a reservation online - it is needed and one of the few places that takes reservations. The ambiance here was other worldly! It was so enjoyable and unique. We took our family as a party of 7 and sat outside on their large decorated patio. This wasn’t your ordinary patio - there were waterfalls, flowers, live music, and yard games. We sat nestled by the river at sunset. It was casual but upscale in vibes - really a special dinner that was unmatched in its ambiance to anything else we experienced on 30A. The food and drinks were delicious. We had shrimp and grits, gumbo (woah flavor!), a delicious flounder special, and crab cakes. Service was very prompt and the place was PACKED by 5:30. Prices match the atmosphere but were comparable to other more mediocre seafood places nearby. I rarely give 5 star reviews but between the atmosphere, great service, delicious food and unforgettable experience this was definitely a five star dinner for us. I really recommend you make this part of your stay on 30A!

Old Florida Fish House is a favorite along 30A. It’s an easy walk from my place so I’ve been many times. The food is good, but the atmosphere and fun outdoor live music makes up for any shortcomings you might find in the food. My go to is oysters, the fish special of the evening or the key lime pie with graham cracker crust. Russ plays guitar and is a delight to listen to in the outdoor area! Dueling pianos inside are fun as well and the owner and staff have always been super kind and accommodating to me and my little puppy that usually joins me there for dinner. Sometimes we stop in just for a key lime pie and to listen to Russ play music!
