This place is pretty interesting to say the least. It didn't seem like a tourist type of vibe. The drinks were strong and the price was right. Everyone was friendly and the dress is come as you are. So I felt comfortable and right at home. The bartenders took good care of me. I had heard that the music was good here and it was, guests played their own selections from a jukbox. The outside area looked nice. I would recommend this place if you want a taste of the local scene in Panama city without paying a lot of money.

This is one of the coolest places! Especially if Kristina, Eleta....are there in the daytime! If you like good fun nights Lena and Shelly are D 💣! Love n miss Barbra...new to the Outrigger! But she's full on sweet!
Drinks are good here. Especially the white Russians.

I give it a 3 because the drinks are strong, the bartender's friendly, the people are friendly, BUT it's old and could use updating and cleaning! For a group of guys to hang out, get drunk and not worry about what you're wearing, go for it!! Great place!!!

Just a bunch of regulars who have been coming here since the beginning of time!! If you like to hear the same stories over and over and have a cheers friendly atmosphere ( depending on who is bartending ) this is still a great place to just hang out and chill out after a hard day at the office...pool, darts and 241 happy hour 5-7 everyday.
