We enjoy Panama City Beach every year. We go after Memorial Day when the environment is calm and visit family who live there. Mid September is the perfect time for us to go. The beach is not crowded during this time and there is plenty of space to set up and still have distance from others without being disturbed. The sunsets are phenomenal. Also the rates for places to stay are also cheaper. We also fished from the beach. Saw some jelly fish and had a great family trip! Will continue to visit every year mid September.

What a beautiful beach!! There is just something special about white sand. I found the Beach to have easy access with clear marked arched walkways, allowing public access along beachfront road. The sand was pretty clean, and didn’t have any litter. It smells great with minimum amount of fishy odor but you know, it’s the Beach lol

Too many Double Red Flag days. It’s disappointing and ridiculous to waste precious vacation time flying or driving out here only to be forced to sit and stare at the water and not get in. Save your money and stick to Hawaii, Texas or Mexico where you can swim at your discretion. Beach is perfect, vacation rentals are stellar, local restaurants are good but don’t think I’ll be coming back with how strict the policies are.
