We have now stayed in room 1011 twice this year. And we give the owner 👍👍.
Our room was clean, had been updated some. Really enjoyed our stay.
Only complaint is that security, while needed is a little bit on the overkill side from what I saw.
Hopefully we will be back in the same room later this year.

We stayed in condo 529. Omgoodness!! I was so excited to see it was even better than the pictures! Everything is new. The patio furniture is really nice, which is very important to me, because that’s where we spend all our time when we aren’t on the beach. Will definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was good. The service from h20 was terrible. Very unresponsive. It is important to note they are not affiliated with the staff at the resort. Therefore you will not get any assistance from them. No new towels or any help whatsoever. I have a family of 5 and were left with 3 towels and could not reach the company to get more. When I tried to reach to them 3 times i did not get any reply. I would not choose this company again.

Booked a Room for 7/18/20 - 7/23/20
Paid in full back in June. Received proof of payment via email. So today as we are driving 7 hours away with 3 children...my wife receives an email stating funquest vacation rentals will send check in instructions at 2pm and check in is at 4pm. 2:30 comes around still no email so i call only to be told our reservation had been canceled and we will not receive a penny of what i paid. Manager was very unprofessional rude. I contacted my bank & local law enforcement.

This rental agency is ridiculous. They look for reasons to charge you money. I stayed in a condo that I found on VRBO, that I had previously stayed in under another rental agency. My experience with H2O was awful. They had signs posted everywhere throughout the condo threatening to charge money for anything. The signs were posted about towels, sheets, comforters, the thermostat, the temperature in the condo, their various rules for operating, as well as prices they would charge you if you broke a rule. It's hard to be on a vacation when you're worried that you're going to damage something accidentally and get charged a ton of money. They also included NOTHING, whereas last time at the same condo, we were given toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishes, cleaner for spills and messes and several other courtesy items. I mean, there are just some things you don't pack for a vacation because you expect to receive it but that's a mistake I won't make again.
