I don't know what it is about this place, but it tastes way better than my local Panera. The bread is way better (the crust tastes good!), and the cheddar broccoli soup was also a lot tastier and easier to eat. The atmosphere is very cozy aswell. Lots of comfy places to sit and room for privacy. Very nice.

I came in with my sister and we were greeted by a young man at the front and only register that was open at the time, and he was super kind and VERY enthusiastic for it being early in the morning! He made my sister and I smile because of his positive attitude and that’s when I heard someone say that they are understaffed. For being understaffed they did not act like it, and they seem to remain enthusiastic and work like a great team. And my vanilla latte was SUPERB. I wanted to say that their hard work is seen and I appreciate seeing people who are upbeat and make the most of their time, and make it positive! We always enjoy Panera as well; never been disappointed with them!

We love eating at Panera Bread but this dining room was very dirty. We came back second time and nothing changed. Tables and chairs were not clean and it didn’t look like a lot of people ate there at that time. Food was good and we like our sandwiches.

Food was okay. But the main thing I want to talk about is how lifeless this place is. The employees look like they would rather be anywhere else. Then don't get a job in customer service..? I asked if they were going to put fresh coffee out since someone was messing with the coffee station and the lady gave me a fake grin and said of course and never did it. Waste of money if you're going to have an attitude!

My daughter says Mac and cheese is 5 stars a+. Service was very friendly and food was warm and yummy. Located next to target. Chicken sandwich was warm but the chicken was a little watery.my review is based on how happy the child was!! Definitely a quick lunch and plenty of seats. Enjoy.
