There’s a boat ramp, small floating dock, picnic table, short grassy trails, and a building overlooking the water I assume you can reserve for events. There’s no bathrooms or playground on site, there is one directly across the street you can walk to as the parking lot seems to be blocked by a pile of gravel as of 3/27/24. Also there’s an unleashed dog that lives across the street who came over to inspect us. To the owner…. You owe me three hot dog buns 🌭

Great views but the trail could be better. The trail is like walking in a countryside lake in a 3rd world country where you can say the lake is beautiful but the small village cannot afford to beautify or maintain it

Decent spot for fishing, but that is about it. This park sits right by Martin Lake, and I don't suggest swimming here because the water tends to be really gross. The city of Parker added some new picnic tables and signs to the park, which I do enjoy, but I think the park needs more rennovations. When this park was created in the 90s/early 2000s, you could tell that the city actually cared about this park and wanted a lot of things for it, like mentioning in records that they wanted an outdoor classroom for the students at the elementary school and a bird watching tower. As you can tell now, none of this will come to fruition becasue the city does no fundraising activities to benefit the parks anymore like they used to and clearly don't care. The nature trail is bland and all the trees are destryoyed. The former 'butterfly garden' is gone and has no flowers. Like I said, it basically just serves as a spot by Martin Lake. That's it. It would be nice if the city did some more major rennovations.
