Lifeguard on duty, fairly clean, restrooms by the pier. You're right across from park pier north, so plenty of restaurants and shopping. You can fish off the pier. They rent out chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles, and etc. They have an outdoor shower area to rinse off sand. On the right side of the pier allows dogs.

This is a good location for beach access. If you park across the street at Pier Park if you need to and you can change and public access 55. The shower is at public access 55, about 20 yards further down. The beach is great. The sand is nice and powdery soft.

Hurricane Michael did a number on this area. Still beautiful beach homes didnt do so well.
