The food is excellent as always, but the music is really loud. Besides for the music being loud good place. I got the Cheesy Bacon Fondue, it was extremely good. For drink I got the Root Beer Float, that was good as well. My overall review is great. The fries are extremely good, (my family only got at least 7🙃). Great place, I would love to see it maybe remodeled, or rearranged. But final thing is, "Great place, Good service, But loud music."

The food was fast, hot, accurate, and good! But the service was incredible! Our waitress Alyssa was so friendly and attentive but not bothersome. She had a smile every time we saw her. She made sure all of our special orders were perfect! Every restaurant needs an Alyssa!! Thank you! Highly recommended!!

It was so delicious. I had the whiskey BBQ turkey burger/fries and he had a sunny side up beef burger/onion rings, new queso dip!! Our waitress was on top of it. Thanks Red Robin

I am a local and I keep giving them a chance but I think I am done trying. The food is always very good but the service is horrible! We had dinner there this evening and we wish we had just gotten up and left but we continued to sit there thinking things would get better. Our waitress took our order, bought our drinks and we didn’t see her again until it was time for a doggy bag. We had to stop another server and ask for ketchup and we weren’t given a bottle of ketchup like everyone else had at their tables. We were given a little to go cup of ketchup. The hostess I don’t know her name but she was the friendliest in the entire establishment. She walked by our table, smiled again and asked if we needed anything. She is how we got napkins. We had to stop someone else for tea refills. Bottomless fries! Well we only got our one basket of fries because we just got tired of stopping people asking for service. I could see if it was busy but it was not that busy at all. We were there around 6:30pm. I hate that we only have this one Red Robin! The owners really need to train the staff on customer service. We saw a manager finally on our way out the door but figured why bother. She had to be in the back the whole time we were there. Managers should be out walking the floor checking on guest and backing up the servers. At least when I was a manager that is what I did!

This was our first time eating here and it was amazing!! We will definitely be going back! I can't remember our waiter's name but he did an amazing job! I love great service and he went above and beyond if you ever go to Panama City Beach FL go to the Red Robin! Great and timely service, delicious food, and the kids got a balloon when we left.
