Best dinner in Rosemary!! Filet is a must. Crab cakes are excellent. We had a party of six and everyone loved every dish. Huge plus it’s also BYOB for a corkage fee if they don’t have that same bottle on their wine menu

Paradis is I great dinner spot but I was not as blown away as I thought. Let me first start with the service, it was excellent. My glass never got more than half empty and every staff member was so sweet, they obviously hire very well. The ambience is good, dark but quaint and it sets the mood for a nice dinner. Once it picks up it gets loud but that’s any restaurant in Rosemary. The food however was good not great. My steak was undercooked slightly and the mashed potatoes were under seasoned and lumpy while the broccolini was also undercooked. The dessert was phenomenal (carrot cake ice cream sandwich) and so was the Oreo parfait. Overall I would recommend but it didn’t stand out much from other Rosemary dinner spots.

We ordered the elk with zucchini and roasted potatoes and the grouper (we added) crab and shrimp. Both dishes were insanely good. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would def recommend this place to anyone. Great ambiance! Perfect date night spot!

To start things off, you should definitely get a reservation before you because we almost didn’t get a seat due to the lack of that knowledge. Luckily they accommodated my gf and i to this cute little bench where we were able to enjoy our food by the bar. They have definitely done this before but I’m not complaining one bit because it made for a nice date night.
The food itself came out really fast and did not disappoint! We got a crab cake for the appetizer and it was amazing. The cake itself was flavorful and moist and the sauce on top and around the plate was really good as well.
I got the featured Sea Bass over Pumpkin risotto and that was delicious! The fish was soft and flaked apart with ease and the flavor of it was great. The risotto was creamy, you could taste the pumpkin and paired really nicely with the fish.
My gf got the cast iron filet and this is where I contemplated on 5 stars or 4 stars since I can’t do half star ratings. The filet itself was flavorful and just melted in your mouth with every chew. The part that got us was it was a little burnt, but aside from that it was amazing and honestly we looked past it for the 5 star rating. The mashed potatoes with it were really good as well.
The dessert on the websites were slightly different than what they offer but we settled on the Black Cherry Chocolate Crème Brûlée. The crust on top was perfect and cracked with every spoon full, the chocolate was amazing and the black cherries paired really well with it all.
Overall was a great experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking a high end restaurant down near PCB or in rosemary.
