My home 🙏 my escape, my happiest place in the world to be. I’ve been a member at over 25 gyms as I’ve lived all over the world, and prior service military. This gym is so much more then just a gym. It’s quaint and cozy not huge but carefully thought out with adequate premium equipment. The pool is like no other ❤️
The atmosphere is not typical gym vibes, its very welcoming not just the incredible staff but also the fellow members. Michelle is the most kind and gifted yoga instructor and Patty up front will ensure you are properly cared for if you need anything. I could write forever because this gym is a part of my life changing for the better and I’m beyond grateful!

For the cost and the convenience, you can't find a better option on the eastern end of 30A. Friendly staff, more than adequate selection of equipment and the cost of a guest pass is the best I've found in the area. Will be making it a point to stop in for every 30A vacation going forward.

We love this gym. We visit Rosemary 3X a year and every morning we start with a workout at Rosemary Beach Fitness. The class is friendly and helpful & the gym has everything you need.

Plenty of equipment and super friendly staff. They have WiFi if you ask and lockers you can check out if need-be. Definitely worth a trip if your visiting and want to get a good workout in!

Yoga with Michelle was exceptional. It was an outside class on Thursday @ 8:30 - early bird gets the worm! at the ampitheater. A great combination of breath work, poses, and strength. A lovely center with a lot of offer.
