The patrol and enforcement of the "laws" on this beach has been such a disappointment during our stay here. The no alcohol on beach law is a joke. Each night there are hundreds of kids who gather to fight, drink and scream. When called the patrol drives by, they scatter and return within minutes.

We finally had a sunny day, so we headed to the water after a dolphin cruise. Didn’t realize we weren’t aloud in water and got called out by the patrol minutes after we got in. Told us to get our license and we were getting a ticket. He said he gave warnings and the people around us helped explain we just gotten there and we didn’t get warnings. I showed him our cruise receipt and he said, then contest it. Today we videoed 3 patrol cars telling people to get out with no tickets just warnings. Believe me we’ll be videoing till we leave!!!!
