A MUST trip for young kiddos, teens AND ADULTS! Such a BLAST! Shipwreck Island Waterpark was created with young children in mind! 95% of the park is rides/slides that children of ALL ages and adults can go down WITHOUT having to have an adult go down along with them. The rides and slides land in pools of water that are like 2.5 ft deep. Our 5 yr old and 7 yr old girls were able to stay on the left side of the park & run WILD going down all the slides they wanted to at any time they wanted to. Even if they split from us! There was only about 30-40 people visiting on the particular day that we visited & there were atleast double the amount of employees as there were visitors/customers! It was so far from being busy, All of the employees learned quickly that we were the parents to the overly excited little girls! They were coming down those slides and HAULING 🍑 back to the top! They absolutely had a blast. The only 3 rides that we didn’t allow the kids to go down w/o us were the wave pool, the lazy river, and the pirate ship canon ball glide & drop ride. We spent a lot of time in the wave pool as well as the lazy river. You do have to keep a very close eye on the kiddos in the wave pool, though. Even though they have several lifeguards that look like they are doing a fantastic job, nobody keeps an eye on your kids like you would. But the kids loved ShipWreck Island Waterpark so much that we are going back again today while we are on our yearly vacation!

Love Shipwreck. Bought season passes this year for myself and my daughter. They will pay for themselves after a couple of visits. New rental lockers on site. Pretty neat how they work but the rental fees have gone up. They were out of the arm bands and gave us temporary laminated paper ones. Hopefully they will have more regular ones this weekend.

First time visiting this place. We had a great time! My kids enjoyed the rides (some rides need some TLC - paint peeling). The Lazy River needs more inner tubes - short supply. A lot of people were just walking through the river. Lots of debris in the water from mulch & dirt. Overall, it was a fun experience. The pizza place had great pizzas. The soft pretzels were actually soft. We'll come again!

Our family loves this every vaca here! From our 6 year old to our 14 year old, everyone has fun. The price hurts but it’s a full day of fun. We get there early, leave for lunch and come back to finish out the day. The employees and lifeguards are all very polite. The water is clean. Rules are enforced. There’s plenty of shade, lifeguards, bathrooms, lockers, food options(too expensive for our taste), and rides.

They don’t have the fruit punch which was the only thing I was there for. Man that thing was good! This place was awesome before 2024 everything was nice including the food excluding the limited options and a bit overpriced however when we have gone this year it has changed a lot. They changed almost everything there is a notice of shortage of staff with all the rides. The crazy river has a less lifeguards, which are needed in this ride since there are multiple places someone can get stuck. The staff are also seen talking and being distracted talking to each other and can sometimes distractedly put people in danger. This year they have added cabanas, however since we went on Memorial Day weekend they were terribly overpriced I would not pay 299.99 not including taxes for a cabana that only includes a place to be seated with shade from the little house. There food baskets used to include the drink however now you have to pay for it separately. The amount of food has also had a noticeably shrunk. Last year the prices weren’t to high since it was a nice family friendly place however it is clear this year they are only doing it for the money.
