Very nice customer service people at this Sonny's BBQ restaurant in Lynn Haven, Florida. I was there early to buy their famous chicken salad to go. Lady got my order went in back to get it ready. All employees are great, they greeted me when I walked in the front door.

My fiance and I traveled 3 hours south to Southport Flordia. There wasn't much to see in Southport FL ,so we selected a hotel in Lynn Haven ,FL . We arrived after 8pm ,so we checked in our hotel , dropped our bags off and went out in search of food. We past Sonny's bbq outsids of our hotel and the aroma was pleasant. Upon our arrival the restaurant had a decent amount of guest finishing their meals. We were greeted and seated quickly and made our food choices. Within seconds our food came out we were very disappointed. We learned it was near closing time and we were seated without any notation that the establishment would be closing within 18 minutes, so I felt it was one of the moments where they didn't want to loose any money basically ,just serve them what we have left. They were out of pulled pork, baby back ribs and chicken, so we opted for St. Louis style ribs turkey and brisket. The brisket were pulled pieces of pure fat that was wrongly sliced and it mimic pulled pork. Everything was cold with the exception of our beans and my corn nuggets. We nibbled on our food and took the rest back to our hotel where we reheated the food in the microwave. The flavors were good and we actually enjoyed the food HOT!

Enjoyed our dinner, and service was pleasant. Will definitely visit again. Ribs were tender pulled pork was a little dry but great with BBQ sauces.

I have never had a bad experience here. we had amazing waitresses, I can not remember her name, but she was awesome 👏 she made sure to check in and didn't rush us and made sure drinks stayed filled I got the whole hog and a side salad and it was amazing.

I eat here quite often mostly for delivery but I had brisket and was expecting average and got absolutely awesome brisket. Ask for the burnt ends or the well done parts and they not only delivered but the meat quality and the taste and texture was as good as anything I've had in the South. Keep up the great work thank you very much.
