I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha and this is what they tried to give me. Then when I made a comment she just poured milk in the cup and topped it with whipped cream. I couldn't even get a straw that fit my cup. Terrible service!

You know what to expect, right? But sometimes, that's not what you get? Well, don't worry here. A nice store, good seating, friendly (but busy!) staff. When you need (be honest, want) a Starbucks fix, this is a great choice. Full-Service with drive-thru.

I come here regularly and the staff is always super friendly. No matter if I’m getting one item or 12 items they are amazing. So be sure to come by today and grab you a coffee, mango dragon fruit, green tea, and banana nut bread and chat with the one of the super friendly staff. They can also help you choose something if you’re just not question can help you make that decision. Start up your day with a great cuppa coffee!

I've been visiting PCB & have ordered a couple of Frappuccino 3-4 times. Unfortunately, the caramel frap doesn't resemble any caramel Frappuccino I've ever ordered. I asked them to remake it but they just do it the same way so there is no point. I'm used to caramel Frappuccino having a brown color & coffee taste. These are white like vanilla milkshakes and taste like milkshakes made of pureed ice. I'm not sure how this is happening, but this is not the location for Frappuccino.
