Coffee cold when suppose to be hot went back to ask if they could make it hotter, sorry no way to do that have a nice day. Had to go to Panera use their microwave to warm coffee.

New menu named cold brew with cold cloud foam is soooo good. Fresh and just right taste. Not too sweet, not too bitter, not too soured. Pier park atmosphere also nice. Happy to hear music and nice breeze. I love this spot.

We had a bit of a wait while waiting in line to place our order. Once we got up close to the register we realized it was because there was one girl making all of the drinks. Courtney was working her butt off and getting drinks out quickly and efficiently. As someone who has worked as a barista, I can confidently say she was making drinks as fast as she possibly could. That girl deserves five stars!

Would have given a 5 star review, but unfortunately this Starbucks can’t have the decency to add a tip option on their card readers. I had just deposited all my cash and couldn’t tip the poor girl that was all by herself making drinks for a long line of people. Do better Starbucks.
