The lady with the dregs was so impersonal. I felt like I was a bother to her . I watched her body language and it was worse with the next customer. The store was clean and the bathroom also were clean. She needs to lean how to be nice and smile. Don't think I will come back if I see her .I was here 01/03/24 @ 6:45 pm

Someone has a bad attitude every time we visit.. smile and be a little more friendly.. there's other jobs if you don't like the one you have. Food as expected.. no complaints

This was my first and only visit to this subway. It's bad enough that half their products are not in stock, their workers are subpar at best. I placed an order online and half of the items I requested weren't included. The roll was old and fell apart within 10 minutes of getting it. Even after complaining to management, they took it with a grain of salt. The sandwich wasn't even edible so I threw it away IN THE RESTAURANT because management refused to take it back and make a new one knowing very well the sandwich was improperly made. To make matters worse, the manager on duty at the time (older woman), didn't even offer to compensate or refund the inedible sandwich. This is the quality of Subway and unfortunately, will never get my business again not will I recommend it to anyone in the future. Jimmy Johns may be a little more expensive but at least their foods are fresh. Lettuce was brown, roll was hard and old, parmesan cheese was so overloaded you needed a gallon of water to re-hydrate you after each bite, there was no pickles, no peppers, barely any sweet onion sauce.. To make matters worse, here is the basic cookie cutter response from the owner of this subway ----------------------------------------------------- I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the quality of the lettuce and missing items of the food during your visit didn't meet your expectations. I love stopping by for lunch at this subway. Fred the manager always has the place so clean and makes my sandwiches so neat where my sandwich is not falling apart. Best subway location in town!
