Tiny Town Studios is amazing and exceeded our wildest dreams. Derick is a creative genius who created us a masterpiece. He was kind, genuine, professional, very responsive and generous with his time. He is definitely the most talented and creative individual that we've ever come across. His product is extremely well built and he takes great pride in what he delivers to the end customer. We started out as clients and ended up as friends. How rare is that these days - it's just the type of man he is and exemplifies the kind of business he has built. We continue to use Tiny Town regularly to add creative pieces to our property. They are a first class operation, no one better in this business.

The key word for Tiny Town is disrespectful. Started the design process on a sizeable project, they were excited about it, then weeks went by with them mostly unresponsive. After a few follows up with no response finally I asked point blank if they had time for our project and they just dropped us over a text message. Keep in mind this is a $500,000 project, not a backyard treehouse. After pressing they said they had a big project to finish and just kicked us to the curb just like that. We started the process 4 months ago and all we have to show for it is an exterior image, not even interior design or anything which is what we’ve been following up on to try and get going 6 weeks. Whenever I reached out they’d just say “I’m traveling I’ll get back to you,” and then didn’t. Went through that about 4 times which is so disrespectful. I guess if you work with these guys you should just expect no communication or timelines and just be ok with it, he was super irritated that I would follow up with him. It would be one thing for them to have told us to start they were booked out for a while, but they strung us along and didn’t communicate which was really frustrating and unprofessional and wasted a lot of our time. Just not cool to treat people like that.
