If I could give zero star I would. Tropical smoothie is always my go to but I do realize that do have and high employee turn over rate at this location. I went there to eat with my husband and the customer service was sloppy. There was this specific employee who stood out a lot to me because of her attitude. She had a black head tie on and she made our sandwich. She came to the counter and place the food down then walk back right in the kitchen like we were support to know that it’s ours. She then cam back a few sec after with another guys food but this time she softly whispered the name on the food. I doubt the guy had heard because we sat and ate our food and he still didn’t go to pick the food up. After we had finished our meal then he went up to the counter asking if that was his food. Indeed it was and it been sitting there for over 10 minutes. While the employees stand at the BOH gossip. I love tropical smoothie but they definitely need employees with better customer service

I came in to get a smoothie bowl, I asked the kind guy at the counter if the granola was gluten free he went to the back to ask a girl with white and black hair and she acted as if he was annoying her with the question and then rudely told him the brand of granola and said to look it up on google. If she’s his supervisor I feel extremely sorry for him and I ended up not ordering anything because I wouldn’t trust a young kid to properly make my açaí bowl after she seemed annoyed by the slightest inconvenience.

ordered through the app, never had an issue with this location before. found a hair in my quesadilla (i think it was blonde.) kinda gross and disappointed. marked up where it was stuck in my quesadilla. other than that smoothie was great

I’ve had good experiences every time I order food here. The food was always on point, service again hit or miss, it’s my usual go to for take out when I’m in town.

Ordered a couple smoothies. About 10 or so minutes later received order but protein not added to one as ordered. They would not give refund for item they did not include & took drink back & added it. Smoothies not as thick as I've had in other locations. 4 workers in shop & place was dirty. Doors were open sidebar cabinet where anyone could get hurt easily.
