Hands down best gym in Panama City. Atmosphere is great, staff is very knowledgeable and they keep the equipment well maintained. You hardly ever seen any machines out of order unlike other gyms in the area. Been going here for almost 3 years and I plan on staying.

Great price for unlimited classes 6 days a week! Also if you need a little more motivation, personal training sessions are very affordable! Amazing staff to keep you inspired.I love this gym, definitely has helped me keep myself on track.

Floor ties loose, bathrooms are muggy and hot. Showers have mold. Equipment is too close together. Paying fancy prices for a gym that you hate using.

We just joined, and while the gym has some decent equipment, the reason I give it 4 stars is because of the clients that go there and have zero gym etiquette. I have never been to a gym where so many guys walk around with no shirts or shoes. Plus, so many of them just hog up equipment while texting on their phones and can't clean up after themselves. For those of us who really want to work out, the amount of socializing that occurs at this gym makes it difficult. While I'm not for a gym with a bunch of silly rules, it would be nice to enforce some common sense gym etiquette.
