I love this gym! I met my best friend here years ago and many other friendly people through the years. I admit that I did leave temporarily for a gym with classes, but quickly came back because I missed the "family" atmosphere and the warm welcoming every time I walked in from Sarah and Seth. For a small gym, which makes it easier to meet new people, even if they are just visiting, they have a great assortment of equipment that is maintained regularly. This is also the cleanest gym that I have ever been to. Sarah, with her vibrant personality, is constantly cleaning equipment, mirrors, windows and vacuuming the floor. So I'll continue to work out here for a good workout and happy friendly people!

I’ve been going to this gym for about a year and I have no complaints! The staff is very friendly and communicative, the gym is always clean, and has all of the equipment I have needed for my workouts. I highly recommend checking this place out for yourself! :)

Don’t understand all the negative comments here. My wife and I have not encountered any of the issues people have said. We are not locals and have access to the gym anytime. There is ample equipment for our needs and the staff is very friendly. They also do a great job of keeping the gym clean. We will definitely keep coming back. P.S. if you have any issues maybe you should just sit down and discuss it with them face to face.

Very difficult to cancel your membership as other reviews state. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times through email and phone. They aren’t willing to communicate with you at all. As you can tell from their responses to unhappy reviews, this place is very unprofessional. And the gym isn’t impressive either.
Update
Regarding your response, no it was never “explained multiple times”. I never heard back after emailing and calling several times. This was prior to it being sent to collections. The failure to communicate with paying customers (for over a year, mind you) is extremely unprofessional . You’re the one lying here, just want to make that clear.

This gym is the best in PCB. The staff is fabulous. So helpful and knowledgeable. Any gym you join has a 30 day cancelation period. So get over it. I was involved with another gym, it was filthy. Anytime, they clean every day.
