Dropped in for a class while on vacation and was very glad I did. I needed some respite from the family and could not think of a better excuse to get away. I was very pleased to find a very calm, welcoming, and very intuitive instructor. Sherry was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. I wish I had thought of escaping earlier on my trip. I will definitely be visiting the studio again when I return to visit. Thanks Sherry!

Zen life studio has an owner that radiates peace and calm. Her students safety is first and foremost. The classes range from beginner to advanced. The mind body app is an excellent way to view the schedule. Anxiety wise yoga has changed my life forever.
